Under control

I’m currently feeling:
overwhelmed

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I have too much to do
I’m not getting help from my colleagues
I don’t know where to start

My desired feeling:
under control

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Clear at least 2 large tasks from to do list each evening
I only have 1 pair of hands
Ask for help (again)

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
focussing on one task at a time to get itcompleted

I will show up for myself by:
listening to calming music

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
clearing at least one large task and 5 smaller ones this evening

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Curating my social media accounts and deleting any sites that no longer serve my dreams and goals

Today I am:
Reminding myself I am only human

Today I am grateful for:
The coming weekend when we get to visit our Granddaughter
