Spent a lovely day travelling then arriving at step daughters Grand daughter (11 months) on top form, chatty, playful and happy looking forward to a relaxing day spending time with family

My desired feeling:

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Go with the flow
play with baby
visit new places
explore

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Dressing casually but not scruffy
Help step daughter around the house and with baby

I will show up for myself by:
Taking a few moments of quiet whilst sipping my coffee

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Not get dragged into dealing with emails

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Visiting kennington House

Today I am:
At peace with myself

Today I am grateful for:
the National Trust, so many places to visit and learn about
