My thoughts creating this feeling :
Spent all day yesterday with a laptop that didn’t work so found it difficult to get much work done until about 4-30pm when an engineer managed to fix the problem so today I can get on with things

My desired feeling:
Accomplished

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
work methodically through yesterday and todays activities
take one thing at a time

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
wearing top not worn forages and suddenly found at the back of the wardrobe
being positive and grateful

I will show up for myself by:
staying hydrated

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
completing at least one major task from EG to do list this evening

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
clearing the games table

Today I am:
looking forward to seeking my daughter on friday ahead of her birthday

Today I am grateful for:
Our IT engineers who keep us working and even when things don’t go right help with a smile.
