My thoughts creating this feeling :
My instinct to offer to help out forsomething that is part of my EG to let go of is quite strong and conflicting my mind because I don’t want to see something fail

My desired feeling:
Decisive

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
remember my EG is to do less of this lot more. By taking this on I would be spreading myself even thinner and would not do a good job of any of it.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
wearing my new jewellry bought at the weekend
being attentive
getting both sets of notes written up

I will show up for myself by:
writing a list of everything I want to achieve this week

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Completing at least one major task from my TO DO LIST

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Sitting outside to eat my lunch at work, in the newly planted garden area.

Today I am:
Going to be mindful of why I need my EG and not feel guilt tripped or anxious about not doing something

Today I am grateful for:
Not having any meetings booked for the evenings this week
