man spent a 2nd night in hospital where they sorted out her medication Dad was upset a lot of the time
I baked and delivered a dozen cupcakes as tasters to a bride yesterday to try and and am awaiting feedback
Today is going to be a fairly relaxed day
I lost another 2lb

I have time to be able to catch up with some TL work on self image
I have time to finish the draft brief doc and send
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Trying to keep summery but not use clothes I want to take on holiday

Participating in ringing for a Wedding

Being mindful of eating only healthy and sustaining foods

clearing out dying flowers start to pull together holiday clothes

my Dad. He is struggling with mum in hospital because in over 60 years of marriage they’ve bearly been apart His devotion to her is an example to us all.
