I’m currently feeling:
pleased

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I was surprised at how well I coped yesterday and did not allow my husband’s ex-wife to get under my skin
I rang things I would ordinarily shy away from
I verbalised my new intermediate EG to my husband and he didn’t question it or laugh or make fun
Someone I only see twice a year thanked me for keeping them up to date with the information I regularly send out

My desired feeling:
Relaxed

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I can do what I did yesterday
I have proved that I can repress my anger and hurt
I don’t have to show anyone my true feelings

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Bright, cheery clothes and a smattering of jewellry
Bright, cheery demeanour
Put the effort into controlling my emotions

I will show up for myself by:
staying hydrated and not overeating

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Augmenting my repertoire from yesterday

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Enjoying church surroundings and the open air

Today I am:
mastering my own thoughts and feeling

Today I am grateful for:
realising I am capable and not shying away from an opportunity
