I’m currently feeling:
Relieved

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Have furnished the bell ringing part of the holiday and now it’s just me, him and our daughter for a few days in a cottage exploring the Norfolk countryside
I now get to dress more sexily as I would be at home because there is noone else to offend

My desired feeling:
Healthy

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
It’s the first day of a new month so an opportunity to begin afresh in eating well and excercising
We will be going on a longish walk today that will give some gentle exercise that won’t even feel like it
We already have our evening meal sorted so I know what I can have her lunch that will keep me on the right track

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
As we’ll be walking around a lot I need to wear my walking boots and long trousers, but have worn the lightweight ones. I have put on a sexy low cut vest top that shows my best assets but added a Long sleeved or shirt so as to protect myself from getting bitten by bugs
I feel sexier already and my husband has noticed! Therefore my body Language is more playful
I will be interested in where we are going today and animated in conversation and action.

I will show up for myself by:
making a positive start to eating healthily and exercising and login on my app.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Not engaging with any bell ringing emails or social media

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Walking arond a wildfowl and wetlands area getting fresh air

Today I am:
Starting afresh with wintention

Today I am grateful for:
So many places we can visit in this part of the country
