We have walked an average of 7 miles a day for the last 4 days and my feet are hurting, not due to blisters but the underneath of my heels, particularly my left foot.

We’ll be doing less walking today as we just pop to the nearest big town to poke about and have an opportunity to do some shopping , then after tidying the cottage it will be time to head home to our own confort.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Bold, bright coloured top , skinny denim shorts and save slinky jewellry
Helpful in tidying up the cottage before we leave.

Eating healthily

Looking around the local town shops for beautiful items.

the last few days away with husband and daughter exploring new places and being together.
