Had the most amazing day yesterday. Dressed up bought local produce , fresh flowers, fresh fruit and fresh croissants Went to London for the day and visited the V&A museum for a couple of hours before having late lunch/ early dinner before seeing Sister Act the musical Got home after midnight but didn’t feel exhausted , went to bed then Mr got frisky !
My desired feeling:
Relaxed.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Last day before back to work. Taking daughter back have having spent a wonderful week with her. Going out for lunch get there as a final hoorah! Won’t be able to do any housework or deal with emails until later tonight or tomorrow Have minimal lunch prep to do for the week ahead.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
wearing new brightly coloured linen top with jean shorts and sandals with smattering of jewellry
Be enthusiastic and energetic at ringing this morning
Be bright and cheery in all encounters
I will show up for myself by:
Sharing what a fabulous day yesterday was without feeling guilty about the expense

Only answering any urgent issues and only if I get the opportunity later tonight.

Diving out in kingston as a final end of holiday fling and walking along the Thames

Revelling in the most wonderful of days yesterday and thinking I am worthy of a more elegant lifestyle
