Calm

I’m currently feeling:
Curious

My thoughts creating this feeling :
first day back at work for nearly two weeks. I left instructions with various people to ensure things got done so I hope they have and everything went smoothly.

My desired feeling:
Calm

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I have blocked the morning out to spend catching upon emails and where the project has got up to.
I am only there until 5pm so there’s only a certain amount of time to spend on it, the rest can wait until tomorrow.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Loose linen clothes as it will be very hot in the office same classy jewellery items.
Engaging with those I encounter today and inquisitive
focussed on clearing backlog of emails

I will show up for myself by:
Scheduling a break and going fora walk at lunchtime

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Dealing with ruiging emails when I get home.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Walking around the lanes at work and taking in the changing landscape

Today I am:
Master of my own mind and thoughts. I will not allow myself to feel overwhelmed.

Today I am grateful for:
The job I have allows me to construct my own day and priorities.
