I’m currently feeling:
Annoyed

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I was tasked with producing content to advertise our Roadshow and had started producing this when an email from someone else clearly demonstrated they had been asked to do the same thing I kicked back and told them to get on with it then and I’d have nothing to do with it. They then kicked off saying they were only doing as they had been asked which I agreed with, my point being someone else had asked different people to do the same thing thus duplicating effort

My desired feeling:
Serenity

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I have re-replied in a more positive tone but still made it clear I’m annoyed at wasting my time and effort. I fully intend to resign from this post as soon as is practicable

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Going green today. Added colour to brighten my mood. Not going to let last night’s exchanges spoil my day today.

I will show up for myself by:
Completing some outstanding walk tasks that have been in the too difficult box for a while.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Stepping back from getting involved in any future content to do with this event.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Tidying up the laundry

Today I am:
Controlling my reactions and mastering the art of composure.

Today I am grateful for:
Distractions. I have other things going on in my life that can distract me from overwhelm.
