I’m currently feeling:
Relaxed

My thoughts creating this feeling :
My non-working day. A lazy start, bacon buttie for breakfast , a few errands to run later but not much else.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
complete the errands that need doing then spend some quality time an SOSI work

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Relaxed shorts and tshirt for running errands in but in soft pastel colours
Sit and stand upright, engage with people I encounter in a  light and cheery way.

I will show up for myself by:
Dedicating some time to SOSI work.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Responding to those emails I have to and leaving anything not urgent.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
replenishing the fresh fruit bowl from the farmers market.

Today I am:
Dedicating time for me.

Today I am grateful for:
my non-working days that allow me time to catch up on things or spend time on self-improvement.
