My thoughts creating this feeling :
My husband is leading a training event today and I am going along to help. he considered me his strongest helper by saying he doesn’t have any concerns about we going wrong but he’s not so sure about some of the others.

My desired feeling:
Graceful

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I will not let certain people who are also attending trigger me in anyway. I will do my best not to go wrong and support my husband to the best of my ability. I have ordered a salad for lunch to eat healthily and femininely.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am dressed in shorts and tshirt to be as comfortable as possible and some new jewellry I bought whilst on holiday.
I will be supportive, encouraging and helpful

I will show up for myself by:
Eating a chicken salad for lunch rather than choosing a  burger and chips.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Patting on my most supportive attitude to get through today in support of my husband.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Dining at the local village pub but choosing healthy options.

Today I am:
Doing it for him.

Today I am grateful for:
My husband. He puts a lot of work into creating these training sessions for other people.
