Had a lovely day out yesterday. Visited gardens and museums, had a lovely light Much, did some shopping, had compliments about my dress. We had a lovely have cooked meal then went to the pub for a drink and played Dominoes and had a great, fun evening.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Go ringing at my sister’s local tower, then a long walk before a pub luck. We’ll be heading home this afternoon after a lovely weekend I shall be glad to be home though.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
walking gear but with a bit of bling , cheery inclusion and interested in the scenery.
I will show up for myself by:
making sure I hold my tongue when ringing with others who have antiquated opinions and masonagonistic views. I am a visitor and will not make an issue for my sister.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Dealing with urgent issues when I get home.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
walking around the local scenery anda pub lunch.

Basking in the fun that I’ve had this weekend with my big sister Reconnecting with her outside of the wider family group.
