Prepared

I’m currently feeling:
Disheartened.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I have a meeting this evening where it is likely that there may only be myself and are other in attendance. That will mean I get no help with the CC meeting the following weekend or any help with the filming project. I will be frustrated and annoyed because some of the group won’t even have had the decency to tell me they’re not coming.

My desired feeling:
Prepared.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I will gather everything I need for the meeting so I have everything that needs dismissing available
I will be prepared not to get any support from anyone and be prepared to be disappointed but give myself freedom to feel that but not allow myself to dwell on it. So what if no one  shows up, I did! So what if noone is going to help, things just won’t get done.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am wearing a light summery dress that slightly falls from the shoulders and has buttons all the way up the front. It makes me feel very feminie and elegant.
I will be positive of posture and enthusiastic about the meeting this evening.
I will show up even if no one else does.

I will show up for myself by:
By chairing the meeting regardless of who is there and what we can or cannot achieve.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Putting together an advert for the rope walk and issuing via our social media channels.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
By putting the champagne in the fridge and the glasses in the kitchen.

Today I am:
In control of managing my thoughts around disappointment and Lack of support from others.

Today I am grateful for:
My exit plan. I have listed all the roles I have , when I can give notice to resign and when I will get to give that role up. This in itself is keeping me motivated.
