Relaxed

I’m currently feeling:
proud.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
when someone started to play the blame game yesterday they were shut down immediately. I also gave strong opinions , considered ideas and proposed strategies for the future that were well received and shared with others who attended later in the day. I rang without error afterwards and found my way to and from the venue easily. I did not participate in any bad talk about others and had interesting and engaging conversations with all the group throughout the day.

My desired feeling:
Relaxed.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
After raising this morning the rest of my day I have to do more or less what I please. I have a few chores to complete but they won’t take long and I can listen to music or watch a film at the same time. I have one call to make later but can spend the rest of the day reading, learning and researching.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am wearing a new underwear set that is Lacy and sexy and makes me feel very feminine.
I am practicing posture, standing and sitting tall and elegantly.

I will show up for myself by:
making time for SOSI work. Researching the suggestions received from SOSI sisters.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Preparing for a meeting next week with the Bishop by discussing what we want to achieve from the conversation with the Association Master.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Getting up to date with the ironing and putting clothes away. At the same time deciding on outfits for the week ahead.

Today I am:
feeling positive and re-energised arond work, I need to do toward my EG.

Today I am grateful for:
The sun is shining, it’s going to be another beautiful day full of possibilities and opportunities.
