My thoughts creating this feeling :
It’s a Bank Holiday so no going to work today. We are going ringing in Suffolk with friends and I am not the weakest link I have ordered a salad for lunch and will make my work breakfasts and lunches when we get back home. I completed everything I intended to do yesterday. I slept well and feel rested.
My desired feeling:
Successful.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I am not the weakest link for the ringing and know what I am doing. I am travelling with others so don’t need to worry about getting to the towers. Others will do all the talking, one in particular, so I can sit in quiet.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am wearing cool and flexible clothing for travelling and ringing in but still co-ordinated. I am not wearing much jewellery as it will get in the way. I will wear comfortable shoes as we’ll be doing lots of standing around.
I will be engaged and engaging and do my best not to go wrong.
I will show up for myself by:
Eating a healthy buck and taking a water bottle with me to stay hydrated.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Check ringing emails when I get home for any other last minute emergencies.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Looking at Suffolk countryside and churches then have a light pub lunch with friends.
Today I am:
Remembering to master my own confidence so I can glow radiance in company.

Bank Holidays. An extra day off work to enjoy what you want to do with who you want to do it with.
