The current President of the Central Council has written an article for publication this weekend about ringing for the late Queen and has addressed some of the nastiness that people had been posting on social media and supporting me, by name, for having to deal with the flack.
My boss asked how the weekend had been and said I could finish early or take some time out if I was feeling mentally exhausted.
My desired feeling:
Refreshed.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I didn’t get out for a walk yesterday so will prioritise time for that I will find other opportunities through out the day to take a step back.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Dressed all in navy blue. Gold jewellry to set it off. I will present myself as capable and competent throughout the day at project meetings.
I will show up for myself by:
Prioritising rest opportunities throughout the day.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Attend the District Officers meeting this evening and support the plans for the year ahead. I will not yet advise them I will be giving notice in January.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Rearranging some books on my coffee table.

The freedom of my work day that allows me to determine what I do when, for the most part. It allows me to add smalll moments of self-care throughout and between periods of intense work.
