I didn’t prepare my lunch and breakfast for today before I went to bed last night and hadn’t decided on my outfit for work either. So this morning I am running behind because I couldn’t decide what to wear, then had to rush about packing food

composed.

Slow down, there’s no need to rush. You have plenty of time and only a few meetings today, with nothing scheduled for this evening.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy trousers and while top, rose quarts necklace and dangly earrings
sit up straight and pay attention.
I will show up for myself by:
Pausing to breathe and make time to rest.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Not responding to emails and messages today. Give myself the day off from dealing with ringing things.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
sorting out the next few days worth of outfits.

Learning to meditate to help slow down.
