I’m currently feeling:
Realigned.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Over the last week my thoughts, feelings and needs have been all over the place. Mixed emotions, ready to throw in the towel then resolved not to let it get to me. As we come towards the culmination of this period, I am more relaxed about ruiging ower the Last few days of official mourning as its much more straight forward. I have rested over the last 24 hrs but still managed to get done what was due. My thoughts are turning to happier events and that I have a wedding cake to create for next weekend.

My desired feeling:
Prepared.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
plans will come together over this weekend. The event ringing for the funeral of HM the late Queen is all sorted and straight forward. I Leave everything ready to start creating the wedding cake for next weekend.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I have matched maroon trousers with a patterned blouse and ruby jewellry and new maroon shoes. I will be participative and engaged in today’s managers away day.

I will show up for myself by:
Running a virtual bellringing session with family and friends that was arranged in the early summer. The return to weekly practices

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Not attending a meeting to talk about bequest spending because there are people there who I find hard to be around.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Going to a different site for our managers away day. My boss has offered to drive so I can watch the scenery.

Today I am:
Doing what I want to rather than what I feel obliged to.

Today I am grateful for:
My boss who understands my bell ringing commitments and when I have to drop everything to deal with the Press and other queries.
