I’m currently feeling:
Chilled.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I did everything I set out to yesterday. I made 150 sugar paste flowers i did some shopping for fresh fruit and flowers, then spent some time reading before going ringing. We didn’t score the quarter peal but it was the first time I’d ever rung fully muffled with the tever open at backstroke. I then spent more time relaxing.

My desired feeling:
Content.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I have more ringing duties this morning at the Cathedral then onto Ingatestone. I have ironing to do but can leave meal prep until tomorrow as we have an extra day off due to the Queen’s funeral. I have a meeting online this evening but with a group of people who are more fun to be around.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am wearing clothes that are comfortable to ring in and for making more sugar paste flower elements later. I have got matching coloured earrings in and my Gibraltar gold bracelet.

I will show up for myself by:
completing todays tasks and leaving myself time to relax and be still.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Hosting the CCCBR PR Workgroup meeting and planting the seed of needing someone else to take it on from next year.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Lighting a sugared raspberry scented candle.

Today I am:
Modelling future me by doing what I want to rather than what I have to.

Today I am grateful for:
The books, podcasts and social media sites I partake of that are showing me how to make tiny but purposeful changes to my life.
