Controlled

I’m currently feeling:
Nervous.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I have one day in the office this week, today, and so many meetings scheduled in. I am sure everything will be fine. However, I received an email late yesterday that has got me annoyed. Someone has decided they want to change what we had planned to deliver at the management committee in a weeks time. I don’t think what they are proposing is of any use to the discussion and will need to message him back to tell him we still wish to present, as originally planned, as it sets the context and provides examples of what we are proposing could look like.

My desired feeling:
Controlled.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I can cope with the meetings today, they are all the usual ones just crammed  into one day. I have time to compose my response to the Master about our presentation.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Wearing a new blouse today, with long sleeves and a pretty flowery pattern. Basic jewellry for the Office.

I will show up for myself by:
keeping controlled and composed and not worried about how the day unfolds.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Respond to the Masters email with positivity and a slight adjustment to his proposal.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Goving for a walk during the course of the day to get away from a computer screen.

Today I am:
Rather pleased I have lost another Lb on the scales of doom.

Today I am grateful for:
Having my timeline in mind her handing in resignations to most of my voluntary posts, and keeping that in mind as I deal with working through my extra ordinary goal.
