Reassured

I’m currently feeling:
Nervous.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I only had one day in the office last week, so going back in today am concerned of now my project has progressed in my absence considering its supposed to be going live in about 3 weeks and last I knew, we hadn’t even got through test 3 get let alone a test of live environment.

My desired feeling:
Reassured.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
It is what it is. If we have to push back the go live date by a few weeks thats not necessarily abad thing to make sure and I shouldn’t feel a failure as it has been multi-factorial.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Am wearing dark colours today but satin black blouse and deep red nail varnish and jewellry. I feel luxurious. I will be positive and upbeat about whatever news I hear today.

I will show up for myself by:
Taking the decision whether to postpone go live or not.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Only reading wheat is necessary and going to practice at the Cathedral this evening.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Wearing luxurious fabrics and new shoes.

Today I am:
Bossing it!

Today I am grateful for:
Holding myself accountable. I put tasks into my phone diary for yesterday and did them all.
