Accomplished

I’m currently feeling:
Determined.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I feel very fiesty this morning, ready for anything and focussed on what I need to achieve today. This is partly due to the fact I scheduled time in my diaries, both at work and at home to do specific tasks today. I don’t have many meetings at work meaning I can get things done. I have some time this evening whilst C is out and before my meeting during which I can get some stuff done.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Stide to the schedule and don’t let myself get side-tracked unless it’s urgent.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I’m wearing a new red jumper today and new black trousers that make me feel confident. I have paired this ruby and diamond earrings I can’t remember the last time I wore. This outfit is making me hold myself more confidently and with my plan for the day I feel energetic and focussed.

I will show up for myself by:
Doing what I have set out to do.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
finalising the presentation for the weekend and sending it for review.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Wearing ruby and diamond earrings I haven’t worn in ages.

Today I am:
Putting learning from the Dream Atalier into practice by scheduling tasks and committing to their completion.

Today I am grateful for:
My ability to use scheduling tools and other software to make tasks quicker and easier.
