I’m currently feeling:
Relieved.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Had a great day with R yesterday in London . She was chatty, happy and we did discuss important matters like finance and friendships. I think she might be feeling a bit low because her flat mate is working double shifts so she’s not seeing much of him and therefore not having anyone to talk to or do stuff with. Other than that she seemed ok.

My desired feeling:
Unflustered.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I have several tasks to do this morning ahead of this afternoon’s epic meeting. C is being less than his usual helpful self and hasn’t printed me off a set of papers like he normally does. I need to take my laptop and have asked him what cables I need to take. He said there should be cables there. I need to fill the PR boxes to distribute most of those this afternoon too. I have some chores to run as well. We then have this epic meeting this afternoon of which I will present some options and have every expectation there’ll be at least one or two people who kick off. Then there’s the Bequest update which has pretty much squeezed all PR and Comms activity out and retained all the recruitment and fluff. I shall divorce myself from the rest of that process.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Its turned chilly now and I haven’t got around to swapping my summer and writer wardrobes over yet. I have managed to find a top that isn’t completely winter, as I don’t want to get too hot but is slightly thicker than a tshirt. I am wearing comfortable today as I’m going to be stuck in a 5hr meeting.

I will show up for myself by:
Doing the things I need to do not the things others think I should do.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Getting rid of the PR boxes which have been hanging around for a while now. Then presenting about the website and style guides and let them choose.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Buying same new fresh flowers and fruit for the week ahead.

Today I am:
Dealing with things on my own today.

Today I am grateful for:
The day I had yesterday with my daughter. We had good conversations, experienced pleasant environments and ate good food. It was very much how I envisage my future life.
