Relaxed

I’m currently feeling:
Ok.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
That could be translated so many ways, however I mean I don’t feel anything in particular. I am not sad, tired, worried. happy, exstatic, pumped or anything particular in between. I am suiply Ok about everything. Perhaps I am getting to the state of mind where I’m not allowing extreme feelings to surface. Perhaps I have reached a point where things  don’t bother me so much. I don’t have any meetings today at work on at home so I’ll be able to get on with other things. Maybe just for today I don’t need to feel feelings.

My desired feeling:
Relaxed.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I don’t have any meetings to be concerned about. The only people I am likely to encounter today are C and my boss.
I will have time to take my time over things . I will not need to be chained to my desk. I will have time for a lunchtime walk today.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Opted for a pale green silk blouse, black trousers and diamond jewellry. Still got the green nail varnish and surprised how many outfits I can put together around it.

I will show up for myself by:
Staying focussed on the day and not letting my mind wander because I have not fixed points to hook on to.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Deciding which tasks I could complete this evening in order to move thigs on. I could organise 3 future meeting dates.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Making sure I go for my lunch time walk today.

Today I am:
Taking things slowly.

Today I am grateful for:
Days that are unstructured. Days that allow freedom to lead where it wants or needs to go. Days where there is time to think and space not to feel overwhelmed.
