Relaxed.
My thoughts creating this feeling :
I have a hairdressers appointment first thing whilst C takes my car for its service. I then have the rest of the day free. I have scheduled some tasks in to complete and I will leave time to oo the next SOSI challenge in the Dream Atalier. I may even do some balking today unless I choose to leave it until tomorrow. I’ll see how I feel later.
My desired feeling:
Re-energised.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
By getting all the “must dos” done early in the day I can spend the rest of the day as I please. I will do some reading and take time to slow down and chill out.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am wearing everyday jeans and long sleeved t -shirt. I haven’t put any earrings in yet as they’ll get in the hairdressers way. I am going to remove my green nail varnish and deeply moisturise them before applying a neutral colour ready for tomorrows dinner.
I will show up for myself by:
Getting my hair washed and cut. Enjoying some time to relax, read learn and develop.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Completing the tasks I have assigned for today and scheduling everything else to ensure I remain accountable.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Looking at my colour pallette and seeing what I can curate in line with colours that suit my hair and skin tone.
Today I am:
Embodying a lady of leisure who has time to do things she wants to and is unhurried, elegant and feminine.
