I’m currently feeling:
Anxious.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Today is my last day at work before a weeks leave. There are still several elements of my project to be sorted within the next two weeks. There are tasks the operational team need to complete next week but their manager isn’t there this week for me to be able to describe them in person, so I’ll have to do my best to describe them in an email. There are still technical isslies to be resolved as well. I also have my Covid booster and the jobs today so hope I don’t have any ill effects ahead of my holiday.

My desired feeling:
Assured.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
There is still today to achieve progress with the technical elements and I will be writing a full handover document for all areas detailing what needs to be done and the expectations.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Am wearing a sleeveless top today in my favourite colour, which was coincidentally part of my colour palette. I am wearing my gold pandora charm necklace C bought me when I graduated first time, with elongated hoop drop earrings R bought me her my 50th birthday. I will be focussed on ensuring Thugs are finished and handover completed before I leave.

I will show up for myself by:
I have my Covid booster and flu jabs today. I’ve never had a flu jab before so hope I don’t get any ill effects before my holiday. But, I am learning to take more care of myself and to take up offers of healthcare when they arise.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
I will need to play catcher up with a number of emails this evening.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Tidying my workspace before I leave for holiday.

Today I am:
Getting  things done.

Today I am grateful for:
Our NHS where treatment is free and as a place I work that allows staff to receive jabs and support as part of their wellbeing.
