Sophisticated

I’m currently feeling:
Fantastic.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Had an excellent day yesterday. The outfit I wore made me feel elegant, feminine and sexy. We had a great journey down stopping off at Upton House and Gardens. The weather was perfect, sunny and warm which set the autumnal colours off beautifully. We arrived at Stratford Upon Avon mid- afternoon and went for a walk around the centre to get our bearings. After a short rest bite at the hotel we headed for dinner at Carluccio’s and had too much to drink. We got back and rested on the bed reading before getting frisky and down to some serious business, which was incredible after a bit of a drought. Slept very well on a comfortable, spacious bed.

My desired feeling:
Sophisticated.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
We’re doing a walking tour today of Shakespeare’s birthplace, Anna Hathaway’s cottage, new house did his grave in the church. I’m looking forward to learning more about one of over greatest literary figures and reigniting my love of literature. We have dinner booked ata posh looking Indian restaurant we walked by yesterday.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I need to wear sensible walking shoes today but will be wearing my long blue silk skirt and a white knitted top. I’ll wear pearl earrings and necklace to go with it. The day will be full of learning opportunities and interesting things to stimulate good conversation.

I will show up for myself by:
Being engaging, learning and listening. Taking in the culture and wearing another amazing outfit that will make me feel sensual and sexy.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Exploring new places. learning new things. Looking and feeling elegant and sensual. Occupying spaces  to be in more often.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Exploring Stratford from Shakespeare’s perspective. Seeing historical places and beautiful buildings,
