I didn’t get to finish the worthy Woman Workshop yesterday because we decided to go for a walk as it was a beautiful, warm, sunny autum day. We walked nearly 4 miles around our local house and gardens estate. The autumn colours were spectacular and the air was warm like a mid-summer day. Not too many people about. heaves on the ground for swooshing, still lots of greenery and flowers about, but lots of orange, yellow, brown and red. Acorns, horse chestnuts, alsorts of foliage, fungi and splendour of mother nature. I did manage to finish reading Alan Rickman’s Diaries. You can feel his passion and drive early on and then the sense of frustration as his illness got worse. I did manage a short nap too.
My desired feeling:
Energetic.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Lots to do today. Ringing this morning. Ironining when weget back, plenty to catch up on. Lunch. Food prep for the week ahead, pancakes for breakfasts, soup for lunches. Quick practice on the computer ahead of a quarter peal attempt at Witham this evening. A couple of other minor scheduled tasks to get done. Then a PR workgroup meeting, which I have every confidence, hardly anyone will slow up for.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Casual and comfortable today. Because lots of ringing today, just jeans and tshirt. Simple jewellry. Will be focussed and on it all today to get everything done. I don’t think there’s a need to rush at anything or panic, but stead fast focus will get through it all.
I will show up for myself by:
Getting through all the “manual” tasks as efficiently as possible, and not allowing myself toget worked up by this evening’s meeting. If other’s don’t turn up then nothing will get done. Simple.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Turning up ready for this evening’s meeting full of enthusiasm. Resolved that if noone turns up, nothing will get done and developments others are shouting for, won’t happen.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Hawing resolved yesterday to wear skirts or dresses every day this week, I am going to set them all out ready, so I don’t dither or change my mind in the mornings. I can just open the wardrobe and grab the next one.

Today I am grateful for:
Living close to open spaces where it is free to walk and get away from the busyness of daily grind. To take deep lungfulls of fresh clean air. To walk through trees, flower beds, open spaces looking at the wide blue sky above, the sun warning your stein, defying the time of year. Looking at the array of beautiful colours mother nature creates and shows off. My favourite time of year.
