I woke up this morning to a message from the CCCBR President saying there were calls fora press pack of information to go with recruitment her Ring for the King. This was something I had already started drafting but was waiting on a logo design which arrived yesterday afternoon. I have most of the elements written down put keep thinking of other things that should be added. I will finish it after ruiging this morning and get it uploaded and sent round later today.
My desired feeling:
Prepared.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
A number of chores, jobs and tasks to do today, as well as get ready for my first Prince2 exam tomorrow morning. I have my usual Sunday morning routine. Ringing first. Then ironing. Then lunch. Then prepare breakfasts and lunches for the week ahead. Then admin. Then meeting. Then chill.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I am wearing jeans today for practicality reasons for ringing. With a two tone jumper. Underneath however, I’m keeping it feminine with silk, no VPL undies. Basic jewellry today. Will be focussed on achieving au of todays activities.
I will show up for myself by:
Sticking with the plan. Only by keeping myself accountable to my tasks and I making progress towards my EG. I keep reminding myself of What the end goal is and how I can only get there by being committed.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
finishing writing up the press pack and getting it uploaded to the website. Once that’s done I’ll email it out to all PROs for distribution. I will update the action log and project plan during this evening’s meeting and circulate it to the group.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Clearing the roving pile and putting aside my planned clothes for the week ahead.
Today I am:
Not wasting time. Keeping to my promises to myself. Focussing on the end goal.

Having things to keep my enthused, motivated and busy. A good mix of activities formmind and body, balanced between must dos, could dos, should dos and won’t dos.
