I’m currently feeling:
Nervous.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I have my first prina2 exam this morning. I’m not actually too worried about the exam itself as it’s multiple choice and when we went through examples they weren’t too difficult. Famous last words. I’m more concerned with getting logged into the exam system and how the Proctor will be with my set up. C and I briefly discussed it yesterday and agreed I’d do them in the kitchen. That’s Ok for today’s as it’s at 8am and C will either be in the lounge a bathroom, and it’s only for an hour. Tomorrow will be more difficult because it’s for 2 and a half hours in the middle of the afternoon. It will be what it will be.

My desired feeling:
Successful.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Obviously I want to pass the exam, and well. I did it before about 25 years ago. I do remember quite a bit of it and we do use it at work. At least it’s first thing this morning so I can get it out of the way and get on with the rest of the day.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Because of the software requirements for my exam, I am working from home today. Its quite cold and we have ringing this evening, so I am wearing jeans. However, I have put a bright pink satin blouse on. To add colour, femininity and elegance. I will be confident during my exam and enjoy working from love for a change. I will get back into project mode and get that moving again.

I will show up for myself by:
Wearing a satin, brightly coloured top, even though I’m not at work and only going ringing this evening. Maintaining feminine, elegant and comfortable style.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Updating the project plan for AGM 2023 and adding it to the event Teams channel. Booking meetings for the workgroups and uploading the logos and press pack.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Having a different lunchtime walk route, being at home. It will be more street based, but a short diversion through a park.

Today I am:
Hoping for good things.

Today I am grateful for:
The ability to work from home. Work enabled me to do it by providing a laptop and phone. I have a desk set up in the study and can work alongside C whilst he’s busy on the home computer.
