Accomplished

I’m currently feeling:
Nervous.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
This afternoon I have my second exam which is more detailed. Whilst I feel ok about most of it I’m just nervous about not passing and feeling an idiot and wasting Trust money. My boss and several others know I’m taking the exam today and will ask how I got on.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Of course I want to be able to say I passed, and hopefully, with flying colours, but a pass is a pass whatever the percentage. I want to feel it was worth the investment. I want others to recognise my achievement, but without the need for their validation. I want to feel that I have the knowledge, backed up by the qualification, to be taken seriously in the project management world.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
I’m working from home and gone for comfort and warmth. Jeans and a jumper with a cowl neck. Simple jewellry. I need to be present during the day for work activities but give myself time to set up and have a quick re.cap before my exam.

I will show up for myself by:
Doing my best in the exam. Aiming for a passat any level.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Cuedking the wwebsite has been set up for the latest campaign. Then issuing a news iteinto direct people to it.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Putting my home laptop station back as it was after my exam, and tidying my desk.

Today I am:
Timing to celebrate tonight.

Today I am grateful for:
Opportunities to work from home. The commute is much, 30 seconds histead of 30 minutes. Means I can get more stuff done of an evening and allow more time to relax.
