Everything went just as I’d thought it could yesterday. Got everything done in a relaxed way. No rushing about. Time left for reading as well. A perfect accomplishment.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
After a couple of days of “dressing down” in jeans and tshirts, I want to get back to some elegant femininity. I really enjoyed the other week when I wore skirts and dresses all week. I’m going to do it again this week. I received two new dresses as part of my latest Stitch fix box So I’m going to wear both of those week. One is much more elegant and feminine so I’ve really thought about what I’m going to wear with it to really make me feel fabulous. I really want to make dress and skirt wearing the norm and too it not to feel like I’m playing dress up or faking it.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
So todays dress is are of the new ones. Black, short and flared skirt part with long sleeves. I usually always roll sleeves up but I’m going to keep these down so as not ruin the shape of the overall look. Black tights and knee high boots. Pearl necklace, drop earrings and bracelet. I will need to move carefully so as not to allow the skirt to reveal more than it ought to. I will be practicing sitting up and elegantly.

Another trice that worked well last week was to l eave my phone in my handbag so it wasn’t a distraction. I plan to do that again this week to keep focus and get through everyting on todays lists.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
styling my outfits with elegance and femininity. Thinking about the overall look I want to create. Using the skills I’ve learned so far to mix and match according to the colours and styles that suit.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Buying some flowers for my desk. My office desk is quite drab and functional but it’s where I speled 10 hours a day, four days of the week.If I can find some pretty sick ones that would be better as I’m not there everyday and don’t want them to spoil when I’m not there.

Feminine, fabulous and focussed.
