My thoughts creating this feeling :
I met with a former coach of mine yesterday to discuss my coaching course and to ask her advice on who I should be reading, watching, listening to or following. I also asked about what I should be asking of my course tutor to get the most out of it, as well as what she sees as red flags. As always she was very generous with her time and advice. She has also agreed to act as a mentor/coach for me throughout my course. We had a really lovely conversation and it was good to catch up with her generally.
My desired feeling:
Successful.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I will need to do some testing again for the 4th time. It had not been successful so far for a number of reasons, which I am hoping have all been resolved this time around. If I can just get this bit to work and signed off it will give everyone such a boost of confidence. If it doesn’t work I won’t have another opportunity until next week.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Another dress today. Navy linen with slits and buttons up either side. Its short sleeved so I’m wearing a long length navy cardigan over the top. A good cuff bracelet, long gold necklace and diamond hoop earrings. It’s wet out so knee high black boots. A confident outfit for a confident vibe.

I still haven’t managed to get out for a lunchtime walk this week. This will be for the second week in a now. I really must ensure I get out even for twenty minutes to refresh, take a proper break and get some exercise.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Researching diet and exercise regimines that resonate. My word of the year hor next year is Healthy so I want to start preparing in order to start the new year with a good plan.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
I WILL get out for a walk today. Even if it’s not until much later in the afternoon.
