My thoughts creating this feeling :
Yesterday, and again this morning, I feel wide awake and alert. Thats despite being out, or on Zoom meetings in the evening, every night this week. Usually by now my eyes would feel heavy, I’d feel groggy and lethargic. I don’t know whether its because I’ve been more active, more concious of what I’ve been eating, and had lost a couple of lb. Whether it’s just coincidence or my midset shifting. Whatever it is I’m grateful as it’s so much nicer to wake up ready to go. Yesterday a colleague commented on how fresh I looked. I don’t know whether that had anything to do with the outfit I was weaning yesterday and how it was making me feel.
My desired feeling:
Organised.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I have several tastes to schedule to get done over the weekend so I need to add them in my task reminders and allocate time to them. I don’t have any meetings or places to be over the weekend so I have all day Friday and Saturday and a bit of Sunday if needed.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
More casual today. Burgundy work trousers and a black jumper. Gold bangle, drop earrings and rose quartz necklace. Practical and functional to help get things done. Lots in the work diary to get sorted today.
I will show up for myself by:
committing to getting things.done, a having a plan for getting things done.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Scheduling all my outstanding activities and committing to getting them done over the weekend.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Opening the first day of my beauty product advent calendar and starting to use whatever I receive to upgrade my beauty regime.

Today I am grateful for:
Compliments I recevied yesterday. A complete stranger said they loved my dress and the colour suited me. My work colleague messaged me later in the day to say she thought I looked amazing. I don’t get compliments from C, ever, so I take whatever I can get from wherever I can get it.
