My thoughts creating this feeling :
Having resolved yesterday not to get worried about things that didn’t get done over the weekend, I’m satisfied with what I did manage to achieve. I managed to get urgent stuff answered, christmas wrapping done, ironing, food prep, a couple of ringing related tasks, two lots of ringing on Sunday and a meeting. I have to schedule everything else in over the next couple of weeks to get it all out of the way before Christmas.
My desired feeling:
Success.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I need to get everything scheduled in and stick to it in order to clear it all before Christmas. It would be good to get it all out of the way by them and start the new year with a clean slate. I need to get my work project completed this week, so there’s lots riding on me being able to do some successful testing and procedure writing.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy trousers and top, practical but feminine cuts. Gold aand blue (not sapphire) jewellry. Going to be cold in the office and out and about today. Need to be focussed and pro active to get things done and signed off.
I will show up for myself by:
Doing the thing’s I don’t particularly want to but have to to ensure the success of the project.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Doing what has to be done with grace and focus.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Committing to a lunchtime walk every day this week. I’ve only managed two walks in the last three weeks so need to make that committment to myself.

Having taken the weekend to slow down rather than try to cram lots in. I still feel I could do with a week’s sleep but will perk up as the day goes on.
