Accomplished

I’m currently feeling:
Decisive.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Got lots done yesterday by just making the decision to get on with it. I could have spent a lot of the day pushing things around and not really achieving much, but made myself do the things I would have put off. However, in the evening, I did have an opportunity to clear tasks on my home list, but after the meeting I had chaired I decided to treat myself to watching a film on Netflix and relax instead. And I was happy with that decision.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I’m going to a different site today to see another team and will need to stay there for a while due to meetings. However, I have decided I will come back home mid-afternoon to avoid the traffic. Once home I have another meeting and can get some other work done. As I won’t then have any commute time wasted I can easily switch desks and do some other tasks from my home list. I have another meeting this evening and can do some work during that.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
It’s very cold today but I’m wearing a navy pinstripe trouser suit and white blouse, long necklace, pearl earrings and gold bracelet. Showing a business like attitude to getting thugs done today. I’ve never met some of the people I’ll be seeing today so will use some Charm the Room techniques to start off in a positive friendly manner.

I will show up for myself by:
Making use of my advent calendar gifts of beauty products, and allowing myself to experiment with things I’ve never used before. Creating new habits around my beauty regime that support my new persona of feminine and elegance.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Working on a couple of tasks this evening that will clear some longstanding items.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Visiting a different team and looking around their environment.

Today I am:
Embracing beauty.

Today I am grateful for:
Developing a greater understanding of who I am and who I am meant to be. Learning about my own responses, feelings and emotions, how to keep them in check and how to use them to get the best out of every encounter.
