I’m currently feeling:
Delighted.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
Somehow or other I managed to check off a number of tasks from my home to do list last night. I think it was a combination of not having to commute late at night, as I was already at home by that point, and not having to be so actively involved in last nights meeting, I was able to listen whilst doing other work. I was pleasantly surprised when I went back to my list and crossed several things off.

My desired feeling:
Active.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Again, I have not been able to get out at luchtime for a walk and I’m starting to feel it. I also think I’ve been more active in a cerebral sense and staying awake longer as I’ve been busy. I like that element as it allows me to get out of bad habits of falling asleep straight after dinner. Putting my phone away during the day has also helped focus and keep actively engaged in tasks that progress things.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
It’s below freezing this morning so I want to keep wrapped up. Thick pair of navy trousers with white flecks and a white jumper. Gold cuff bracelet, long chain necklace and diamond drop earrings. Definitely boots weather and thick coat, gloves and scarf. Feel focussed today and have lots in the diary to keep me active.

I will show up for myself by:
Keeping at it. Lots to do, keep on track and focussed.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Dressing her the weather but still in a sense of femininity and elegance.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
I WILL get out today and enjoy the frosty countryside to keep active.

Determined.

Today I am grateful for:
My cough not developing into anything more sinister. It’s an annoying chesty cough but hasn’t developed into a full blown cold or anything like what C had.
