My cough from yesterday has developed into more of a head cold. I feel more headachy and stuffy and have been sneezing more. Hearing seems to be a bit affected too. I’m staying home and keeping wrapped up and will make sure I drink plenty of water.
My desired feeling:
Educated.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I will be joining my first official Coaching Course workshop today. The topic is about Emotional Intelligence and Self Awareness. I’m pretty ok with these topics as I’ve done this sort of self reflection before. It will be good to actually get stuck into the course proper now.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Feeling the need to keep warm and cosy so jeans, jumper and fluffy slippers today. Basic jewellry as I’m not going anywhere or seeing anyone in person.
I will show up for myself by:
Be engaged and attentive during todays workshop despite feeling under the weather.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Practicing the methods I need to ring over the weekend. One is going to take some serious effort.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Throwing out the flowers to make room for new ones.

Today I am grateful for:
C having bought us new phones. Its sout of our Christmas presents to ourselves. He spends ages researching, purchasing and then setting it all cup, copying across from the old phone etc. I get presented with the finished product.
