Confident

I’m currently feeling:
Nervous.

My thoughts creating this feeling :
I am due the start training people on the new system today but there are still some things outstanding that will cause minor issues. If it comes to it I could postpone todays session. I haven’t yet fully planned out what and how i’m going to show them. There’s an early technical call this morning and i will make sure everything has been set up as far as possible.

My desired feeling:
Confident.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I want everything in place and for the training to go smoothly and well otherwise it could jeopardise everyones faith in it. We only have this week to get it done before everything is live and running.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Decided this week will be another dress/skirt week. Starting with a dress with small daisy pattern on it. Buttoned all the way down the front. Low cleavage and high split front. Black tights and knee high boots. Gold and yellow jewellry. Dressed to add confidence to my day as well as sexuality.

I will show up for myself by:
This week will see a concerted start to healthier eating and exercise. Most of the Christmas chocolate and biscuits have now gone. I have healthy food prepared for breakfasts and lunches. I will endeavour to get out for walks.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
I need to update the Action Log from last nights meeting and circulate it win a Doodle for the next date.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
What I am wearing, eating and ensuring I get some exercise in my day.

Today I am:
Determined.

Today I am grateful for:
My dizziness seems to have at last abated somewhat. I was still getting headaches yesterday and was wobbly when I bent forward or backward. I feel a lot lighter and cleaver this morning.
