Delighted

I’m currently feeling:
Frustrated.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Every single meeting and training session I had booked in yesterday got cancelled. Whilst it was lovely to get the time back so I could finish other things off, it means I’ll have to find time to reschedule most of what should have taken place yesterday. When you get yourself psyched up and ready only to have it cancelled, sometimes only a few minutes before it was due to start, was very frustrating. Never mind, it gave me time to finish other things off.

My desired feeling:
Delighted.

Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
I have another full day, hopefully which won’t get cancelled, but I’m looking forward to going out this evening for an Italian meal with some of my colleagues taking part in our across Italy walking challenge. Will be good to see them in a totally social setting letting their hair down.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
New dress. Nowy wrap with white spots. Quite low cut. Gold accessories, Pandora charm necklace, dangly oblong earrings R bought me one birthday, and a sline bracelet I bought from the Hampton Court flower show a couple of years ago. Delicate, feminine and alluring.

I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to my plan. Unless anyone else cancels I will see through everything in the diary regardless of whether I feel up to it or not.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Dealing with a press enquiry to arrange some learner ringing for filming on BBC Breakfast TV.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Going out for dinner this evening with colleagues. Eating Italian food, drucking Italian wine and enjoying some good company.

Today I am:
channelling my inner Signore.

Today I am grateful for:
colleagues who become friends. It’s lovely to meet up outside of work and relax and have a laugh.
