Accomplished

I’m currently feeling:
Relaxed.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I have my day mapped out. Meeting at 10am then a bunch of small to medium sized tasks scheduled in to keep me on track. Baking a cake later and still have time to sit, read, maybe go for a walk, listen to some SOSI stuff. Virtual ringing again this evening.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I don’t want to get side tracked or lethargic towards getting it all done. I want to be positive, productive and focussed. I want to clear things out of my inbox once and for all. I want to be in a good position for letting things go. I want to develop and stick to good habits of someone that gets things done.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Blue jeans and a light weight, fitted cornflour blue cardigan with the buttons done up that with the right bra underneath puts the girls in a good position. Gibraltar bracelet and gold and blue necklace and earrings. Practical, bit sexy, bit business.

I will show up for myself by:
Having a luxuriously long shower including bubble bath to soak my feet in before giving my feet a bit of extra love and trimming toe nails.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Clearing the tasks I have scheduled for today. Getting these out of my in box and no longer my responsibility.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Tidying up my little corner of the lounge where my books and magazines reside.

Today I am:
Bossing it.

Today I am grateful for:
Fridays. My official non- working day from my paid day job. If I didn’t have Fridays off, I wouldn’t be able to keep up with everything. I get to choose to work on voluntary stuff, or do things purely for myself. I get to balance work-life.
