Accomplished

I’m currently feeling:
Confident.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Had an excellent morning learning low to call different touches of Plain Bob Minor. I think it helped not having C there. He would have probably mumbled all through it and put me off. I feel confident to call it at a practice or for Sunday Service ringing but I’d also quite like to have a go at calling a quarter peal of it. Out of all the students there I would probably be the only one to give it a go. We should only have 6 or 7 ringers this morning which may mean I might get a chance to call a touch this morning. I didn’t get anything else done yesterday. We went into town and I persuaded C to get something different for lunches. Rather than the usual vegetable samosa and custard doughnut, I opted for a chicken and grain salad. Felt better for that. Spent the rest of the afternoon chilling on the sofa reading. Finished one book and started another and got half way through. That does mean I have to pick up some slack with Admin but C is out later so I can do it then.

My desired feeling:
Accomplished.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
So, I’d like to call a touch of Plain Bob Minor this morning. Then there’s the ironing. Food prep for breakfasts and lunches for the week ahead. Then I can get some Admin done whilst C’s out, then relax for the evening.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Bright and cheery today. Bright red jeans, Lilac bamboo top and amethyst necklace and earrings with Gibraltar bracelet. Feeling quite chipper and up for nost things today.

I will show up for myself by:
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for my breakfasts and lunches for the week ahead. Helping with reducing cholesterol levels and losing a bit of weight.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Catching up with some Admin emails and reports etc. Start the new week with a clean slate.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Changing out used candles for new ones. I was given so many for Christmas I’ve got plenty to choose from.

Today I am:
Lively.

Today I am grateful for:
The tutor, helpers and other students who made yesterday’s training morning enjoyable. Although there was some pressure to get it right (which I didn’t every time), it felt a safe space to practice without judgement (well, only from one person but I didn’t give her a chance to make impact).
