I’m currently feeling:
Stoic.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Didn’t get to call my Plain Bob Minor yesterday as we ended up with 8 ringers due to a visitor. Never mind. There’ll be another day. Got everything else done I intended, including updating my ringing CV and sent that off to my cousin, as requested. He’s got some daft notion of noming me for an MBE or something. Personally think he’s all mouth and no action and that even if he did, nothing will come of it. Need to have at least 10 supporting letters to go with it so I listed 10 people, their connection and contact details. Regardless, I don’t do it for the awards, I do it because there’s a need and that’s how I can help.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Got to do a write up and Q& A session with my coaching tutor today about Friday’s learning session. Also have a workshop style brain dump with my boss and a colleague on how to progress something they’re awolved in. I shall employ all my process and project management techniques to tease out all the vitormention they need to help get this up and running.

I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy trousers and burnt orange, linen top. Bright and cheerful. Positive vibes for today. Gibraltar bracelet, twisted strand necklace and diamond teardrop earrings. Got my favourite process head on for today. It’s going to be a good day.

I will show up for myself by:
Sticking to healthy eating all day. I’ve made a slightly different pancake recipe for breakfasts, including flaxseed and cranberries, according to a recipe in my low cholesterol recipe book. I’ve packed ploughmans style for lunch, ham, lettuce, cucumber, radish, pickled onions. Then will grab an apple with peanut butter dip from M&S for snacking later.

I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Ringing this evening with extras coming from another tower. Think that’s going to be a fairly simple practice so will let it happen and go with the flow.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Out for a lunchtime walk. Weather promises to be Ok, so will look forward to some fresh air whilst listening to a podcast.

Today I am:
Ready.

Today I am grateful for:
Monitoring my blood pressure. I’m using C’s gadget and can see over the last few days my BP has started to come down. Not sure if it’s the pills I’m on, the change in diet or a bit of both.
