Back at work today after a few days off and I know I have a full diary. This includes training for someone I am aware has little interest in learning what I have to share, so will be a bit of a waste of time but we have to go through the motions. I am also aware I didn’t get to deal with outstanding emails are yesterday as C was on the main PC all day. I’m going to have to get on there this evening.
My desired feeling:
Calm.

Although a busy day, which is good, most of it should be fairly easy stuff to do. No need to rush or panic.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Wearing a new dress I bought last week. Full length black and white with thigh high side splits and tie waist. Black tights and knee high boots. Gibraltar bracelet and some new earrings and matching necklace. Feels nice to be dressed up again after several days in jeans and t-shirt.
I will show up for myself by:
Being professional and dealing with the day as it unfolds. Calmly moving from one meeting to the next.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Trying to get out for a walk at lunchtime to make sure I get away from the desk for a little while.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Focussing on clearing emails this evening.

Being able to buy and wear nice things. It feels good to dress up for work and have a variety of outfits to choose from.
