A good day yesterday. Several meetings got cancelled giving me more time to catch up with emails and other actions. The training took longer and I still feel it was a waste of time with this particular individual, but hey ho! I managed to clear a number of outstanding emails at home which felt good. C was attentive when we went to bed for the first time in ages. I took full advantage.
My desired feeling:
Peaceful.

More relaxed day to finish catching up on things at work; several sets of notes to write up. It’s our wedding anniversary today but instead of going out for dinner as we normally would, we’re having a third attempt ata quarter peal that we’ve yet to score.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Navy sick skirt, navy patterned blouse. Gibraltar bracelet, star necklace and three quarter hoop earrings. I will need to change when we go ringing later. I did enjoy dressing up a bit yesterday so didn’t want to slum it again today.
I will show up for myself by:
Eating well and keeping hydrated.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
C bought me an orchid in a glass as an anniversary gift, so I need to find somewhere nice for it.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Ringing for someone else’s benefit again this evening.

Happy.
Today I am grateful for:
26 years of marriage. Not a mean feat these days when its all too easy to walk away. Its not all been easy for sure, but the majority of the time we get along well.
