Relaxed

I’m currently feeling:
Pleased.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
The ringing was successful yesterday, as was the meeting about filming in the evening. This morning I jumped on the scales of doom and have lost another lb. That’s 4lb this week. I’ve had a real mindset shift over the last couple of weeks around food choices, snacking and exercise. Maybe prompted by the free JW exercises or because it’s getting lighter during the days now, or warmer, or because over the last few weeks I’ve been taking some annual leave, meaning I can get caught up on other things, and do what I want, when I want. Either way it appears to be having the right effect on mind and body.

My desired feeling:
Relaxed.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Its Mothering Sunday but I won’t get to see R. I doubt she’ll even remember unprompted. I saw mine yesterday and delivered card and gift. It’ll be a normal Sunday in our house then. Ringing, ironing, much. I’ll fit in a JWW at some point. I’ll have time to read and chill out. I also know I only have a 2 day working week ahead.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Relaxed.comfy. Jeans and bright orange/red tshirt. Gibraltar bracelet, birthstones necklace and garnet stud earrings. Practical and relaxed. .

I will show up for myself by:
making sure Ifit in the JWW. Haven’t done one for a couple of days so need to catch up.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
There’s a big pile of ironing to do, so get that out of the way and clothes put away.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Upload a new Sky News piece from yesterday to our playlist.

Today I am:
Chilling out.

Today I am grateful for:
Mothers, those that have been, are, will be or wanted to be, and those who take on the role of mothers due to necessity. Whether blood related or not. I have a distant relationship with mine, but at least she’s still with us at the moment, when so many have lost theirs so soon.
