Calm

I’m currently feeling:
Bright.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Feeling good, upbeat and ready for the week ahead. A good day yesterday. Epic brunch in Bury before heading back home. A bit of time to read and relax. Get lunches prepped for the next couple of days. Successful quarter peal then back for a meeting about our filming project which went well. Feeling healthy and happy.

My desired feeling:
Calm.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
No idea what the day at the office has in store, seems like ages since I was last there even though it was only last Wednesday. Got a bell handling teaching session this evening with P our existing recent and a new one having her first lesson. I’m sure she’ll be fine.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
It’s cold out so I’ve gone for navy trousers and a bright red, ribbed jumper. Matches my mail varnish from the weekend which is still going strong. Gibraltar bracelet, multistone hoop necklace and gold hooped earrings. Bright colours to keep my mood bright.

I will show up for myself by:
I’ll squeeze in a IWW tonight before dinner if I can. Haven’t done one for 2 days, so don’t want to let it slip. Saturday was a scheduled rest day, and I gave myself yesterday off. But back to it as only a few days to go before my first official check in.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Get out and about at lunch time if I can. Lots to see in the changing landscape around the hospital.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Responding be anything urgent, otherwise concentrating on teaching new learners this evening.

Good.

Today I am grateful for:
The clocks going forward signalling the start of Spring proper. Evening’s will be lighter, even though the morning’s start off dark again for a little while. It won’t be long until Igo to work and come home again in daylight.
