It’s a Bank Holiday, and a Friday, with nothing to do and nowhere to go. C had turned the alarm off so it was 07:20 before I woke up. I drifted in and out of sleep but decided by 09:00 it was time to get up. C had no signs of stirring so I slid out of bed and went fer a shower. We have no plans for today at all. I have some Admin to catch upon and a JWW to do, but nothing else. We haven’t talked about going anywhere or doing anything else for the day. The weather so far looks bright and sunny. It would be a shame to waste it, so I’ll see if C wants to go anywhere later. I expect not.
My desired feeling:
Luxuriant.

It will be nice to spend the day just pottering about. Maybe we’ll venture out, maybe not. There’ll be time for reading, relaxing, and generally taking things slowly. Being decadent and luxuriously lazy.

Don’t often wear skirts if I’m at home but opted for a dark denim short skirt, navy tights and a navy Vneck top. Blue topaz earrings and necklace set. I’m loving the way the skirt is hugging my hips and bum, making it feel a bit more sultry.

I’m going to try a JWW recipe for a malteser style protein shake, even though I couldn’t find any small packs or tubs of protein powder. I’ve bought all the other ingredients and will throw them all in the liquidiser and see if I like it. If so, it might become a regular fixture.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Without knowing if we’re going out or doing anything, I might at least wander into town to the flower stall and get this weeks fresh flowers.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Dealing with the latest round of emails and admin to complete. write up my notes from yesterday’s venue visits.

Bright blue skies. Days are getting longer, brighter and warmer. Definitely encourages more active pursuits and lightens the soul.
